Random Pictures

I have been going through some old pictures and came across this one.

It was an old antique wagon up at the Labadie Farms.

I couldn't resist taking it and I'm glad I did.

The wagon cover is no longer there.

A little Labadie history saved!

Baby Quinn Loves the Olives

We went to Paso Robles back in October to see the family and to meet baby Quinn for the first time. Quinn is our second oldest grand niece.

We had some great shiners that Will produced (shiners are bottles of wine that Will produced) and tried the olives that Will makes. We also had a killer barbeque. Yummmm!!!!!

We got some really cute pictures of baby Quinn and the cutest is of her and some of her Dad's olives. Papa Steve is so funny!

Looking at OLD pictures.....

I thought I would post a couple of old pictures of my sister Betty and me. That's me in the oxfords and it must have been Easter because my Mom was not one to have us in hats all the time.
That's also one LITTLE wagon! It looks like Betty didn't want to play anymore.

Am I Ever Tired!

Limo man has been in the transportation business for 10 years now (or at least he will be celebrating his 10 year anniversary on Mother's Day).

I can't fault him for doing something he loves because that's how much I love him.

But damnit man enough is enough!

For the first time in a long time limo man came home in the wee hours of the morning just to change his clothes and turn around to go to his other job. Man, how much coffee did you drink last night anyways?

When limo man is out late at night it makes it very difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Oh well, the real test will be later this evening when I actually get to have him home and we'll see how long it takes before the T.V. is watching him!

Rookie Post

So how does one go about posting a first blog?
How do you make it interesting?

First let me tell you a little about me.
My husband Limo Man and I live in Huntington Beach, CA. We moved from Northern to Southern California in 1993.
We have been married for 8+ years but have been together for 17 years.
Yes, it took him a while to pop the question but it was well worth the wait.

Speaking of waiting, I do that a lot now too because Limo Man (who puts in 80 - 90 hours a week working 2 jobs) is a misapplied workaholic. When we do get to see each other standing up it's cause to celebrate.

We like to travel and we've been to some pretty great places. I'll have to post some pictures and if you want to come back please do, if not, suit yourself!

Are there other ladies out there in the same situation as me? I know there has to be a few of you because there are an awful lot of limousines rollin' around the Southland!
