College Fjords, Alaska

Limo Man has been tired of being in Sitka for so long. He said that he has been too cold for too long so I agreed to get him out. We're now on the last evening of our Alaskan adventure and the College Fjords is the last place we visited before docking in Whittier.
Once we pulled into the College Fjord this is the spectacular view we had. The ship actually pulled into the Fjord and very slowly turned around. We had reservations at the supper club on the 10th level of the ship so not only did we have a fabulous dinner but views to die for!
This is the glacier up close and personal.
Another view of the glacier. Alaska is so pristine!
The Carnival Zoo. Every night when we came back from dinner our bed was turned down and there was a new towel animal for us. We saved them so that we could have a picture of all of them. Since there are only 4 of them and the cruise was 7 nights you may be able to tell that we spent a lot of time in our suite. Therfore we got no towel animal on nights that we didn't want to be disturbed (if you know what I mean...)
We had to stop and have a drink with our favorite bartender, Zoran, before we went to the supper club. What a great evening!
This shot was taken from the supper club.
And as the ship slowly rotated here is another shot up close of the glacier.
This is Limo Man's favorite shot of the glacier, and yes, he took it!
1:00am. Can you believe how light it still is? We are now leaving the College Fjord and the sun is slowly starting to set.
